Artists from different walks of life, join the same creative path

Lauren Clayton studied at the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.  Her creativity straddles public art, graphic design, and studio fine art.  She works out of her Stamford, Connecticut studio, Studio 162.  Trevor Lightsy works out of New York in a variety of media including illustration, painting, and murals. Trevor studied at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia.

A Strong Connection to the Jackie Robinson Foundation

Lauren is a Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholar and Trevor is a long time Jackie Robinson Foundation volunteer. The show will honor their connection to The Jackie Robinson Foundation, created in 1973. After Jackie Robinson’s death, through the efforts of Jackie’s wife, Rachel Robinson, the organization was founded to support and empower young adults and perpetuate the legacy her husband.
